This department plays a crucial role in developing business, implementing management's goals and requirements.

They plan, direct , coordinate quality assurance program and formulate quality assurance policies, and work to improve our company's efficiency and profitability, by monitoring and assessing operator's performance and performance expectations, and  to maintain a competitive stance with hospitality marketplace.

They also develop the overall projects strategy; establish requirements of operators, and proactively anticipate and resolve issues that impact business success.
