Current projects

SSIF and NCTD are currently working on the complete renovation of the Crowne Plaza Petra hotel building which It has been closed since 2012. They are also going on full renovation and refurbishment plans for a number of The hotels are within the hotel group such as Intercontinental Aqaba.

There are also several CAPEX projects already approved for all hotels to promote Run these properties and increase returns.

In addition, SSIF is working on a solar car park for renewable energy with a total capacity of 20 mg,which will provide all of its hospitality assets.
